A 501c3 organization
We had hardworking selfless group for our Make A Difference Day back in October of 2018. What an amazing transformation for our friends at Gaudenzia in Fountain Springs. Thank you to everyone who made this possible. Big Love to First United Church of Christ in Schuylkill Haven for donating all the supplies. Huge Thank you to the volunteers for working very hard today. Another playground has been Made Great Again and recovery has been reflected in beautiful way.
UNITY IN THE COMMUNITY
Giving Strength to Recovery through Community Service
Inspired by the works of Punks For Positivity - We sought to normalize recovery and break stigma by engaging in volunteer community clean-up and beautification projects. This journey began in July of 2016 and thanks to many hardworking volunteers, we believe we created an impact everywhere we engaged. Follow our journey of making a difference.

Gaudenzia Fountain Springs Playground Project
Collaborative Community Recovery Project - A unique collaboration with motivated citizens, professionals, local businesses, organizations and selfless volunteers for the purpose of uniting and recovering Schuylkill County and it’s communities.
The Timothy Freed Park Memorial Park Recovery project was a massive undertaking and is currently the largest volunteer project we have ever helped to complete. Together - through donations from local businesses and the time talent and skill of local residents and volunteers of all types - we managed to restore this whole playground in under a year's time. Some of the things we accomplished are; Bridge Entrance, Tree & Stump Removal, Fencing, Cement/Wood Park Benches, Gazebo, Standing Teeter Totter, Steel Post Benches, Slide Tower, Basketball Court, Backboards and Installation of new Swing Sets and Tarantula Crawler.
